做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
