做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
