做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
