做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
