做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
