做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
