做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
