做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
