做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
