做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
