做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
