做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
