做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
