做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
