做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
