做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
