做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
