做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
