做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
