做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
