做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
