做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
