做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
