做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
