做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
