做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
