做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
