做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
