做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
