做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
