做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
