做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
